Terms of At-Will Employment
In all cases, employment at Holy Infant Home Care is considered “at-will”. “At-will” means that either the employee or the Agency may terminate employment for any reason, at any time, with or without notice or cause. No employee of Holy Infant Home Care can change the nature of the at-will relationship except the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors can change the at-will relationship only by a written agreement signed by the Board of Directors.
